Workout Schedule  November 14th - 20th



  •  Monday
    • Rest day Still getting over Sinus Infection
  • Tuesday
    • Training with Personal Trainer ( either full body workout, Boxing, Yoga or lower body)
    • CANCELLED ( STILL SICK )
  • Wednesday
    • Synchronized Skating 
  • Thursday
    • Training with Personal Trainer ( either full body workout, Boxing, Yoga or lower/upper body)
    • CANCELLED (Spoke with my trainer, he said next week we would start back up again)
  • Friday
    • Training with Personal Trainer ( either full body workout, Boxing, Yoga)
    • CANCELLED
  • Saturday
    • REST DAY Going to Montreal- Not going to montreal anymore :( 
  • Sunday
    • REST DAY Going to Montreal 

I will Post the actual Exercises I do on the days that I train as well as if I actually stick to this plan or not. Things always change and I will update on my progress with this schedule. This Week I am going to montreal for the weekend so My week will consist of 3 workout days at the gym plus skating. Still recovering from a sinus infection so I may need to cancel my training but lets hope I get better after tomorrows rest day!
