My Fitness Journey!




Welcome to my new and improved blog! Here you can basically learn all about me and my life long journey to health, fitness and happiness! ( although I am always happy :) ! )

Okay So this will explain my goals that I have created for myself:

1. Loose 40lbs ( I am down 11 so that means 29 more to go!) by May 1st

2. Sign up for another race. ( a friend just asked me to sign up for a 1/2 marathon so perhaps that will be my new goal)

3. Get healthy ( go to the doctors and try to improve on my health so that I am not sick all the time)

4. Get a job teaching or related to teaching!


These are my long terms goals that I have created for myself :) and this is the main reason why I started this blog in the first place, to keep track of my successes to keep me motivated and to hold me accountable for my meal plans and workouts.

I know that 29LBS seems like a lot more to loose but I am focusing on somewhere around that number. I know that muscle weighs more than fat so I will also be seeing how I am feeling and how many inches I have lost as well. I do not want to be skinny but rather fit and healthy! That is my Main goal :)

Each month I will upload a picture to show my progress. Soon I will upload my November picture.
